a word cloud on a white background. The words are all different sizes, all different fonts, and in various shades of green. Some that are more easily read include sentence, witches, Persephone + Artemis, prompts, kalira, and Azumanga.

The [community profile] threesentenceficathon closed to new prompts last week, but I'm still poking my way through filling some of the ones I've saved. This will probably be my last "official" round-up post, and but any additional fills will inevitably be added to their respective collections on my AO3: [archiveofourown.org profile] mikkimouse.

MCU

Sam/Bucky, Alarms
Prompt: MCU, any, time for some thrilling heroics

"Really?" Bucky levered himself up on one elbow and eyed Sam judgmentally. "That's what you've got set as your alarm? 'Time for some thrilling heroics?'"

"Says the man who wakes up to 'Chattanooga Choo Choo'," Sam retorted, followed immediately by a shout when Bucky's pillow landed on his face.

Yowamushi Pedal

Toudou/Makishima, Gone Forever
Prompt: any, any, forlorn

"He's gone," Toudou said from where he was draped over the couch, his arm thrown dramatically across his face. "Maki-chan is gone and he's never coming back."

"Uh." Sakamichi paused at the threshold; he'd only just walked inside the apartment. He held up a bag of groceries to Arakita, who'd opened the door. "I'm...Makishima-senpai asked me to drop these off?"

"Ignore him, Onoda-chan." Arakita took the grocery bag out of his hand. "He's been like this for the past twelve hours. Thanks for bringing these by."

"I thought Makishima-senpai was only gone overnight?" Sakamichi asked.

Arakita rolled his eyes to the ceiling. "He is."

Toudou/Makishima, Flowers
Prompt: Any, any, flowers
Yuusuke walked into the shop and stopped when he saw the vase of flowers on the front desk, which had definitely not been there this morning.

"Tadokorocchi!" he called. "Where did these come from?"

Tadokoro poked his head out of the back and grinned. "Oh, the flowers? Guy across the street brought them by, the one with the headband. Said they were for you, to help brighten up the place."

"Huh." Yuusuke traced one of the red petals; it was soft as silk. "Guess I should tell Toudou thank you."

Tadokoro patted the doorframe. "You should put him out of his misery and ask him out on a date."

"Shut up!"

Bodacious Space Pirates

Gen, Shore Leave
Prompt: Any, any, respite

Between captaining Bentenmaru, going to school, and her work at the café, Marika didn't get much time to rest.

But today her ship was docked for repair, the café was closed to have some plumbing work done, and school was out for two whole weeks.

Marika sprawled on her bed, luxuriating in the warm morning sun pouring through her window—as much as she loved her life, she was very excited to have a day where all she had to do was nap.

Teen Wolf

Derek/Stiles, But Someone Is Wrong on the Internet!
Prompt: any, any, that's not how any of this works

"Okay, but Derek, you don't understand, these people are just out here being wrong about everything—"

Derek rolled his eyes and yanked the phone out of Stiles's hand, ignoring his squawk of protest. "Then they'll still be wrong in eight hours, after we've both gotten some sleep."

Gen, Macaroni and Cheese
Prompt: Any, Any, Comfort Food

Derek stared at the table, where a familiar toasted, cheesy dish sat steaming, filling the air with a smell that brought back too many memories. "Is that...Mom's mac and cheese?"

Laura walked around the table and bumped his shoulder. "I hope it is. I tried, anyway."

He hugged her back, breathing in the scent of sister-family-pack, the only part of his pack still left. "It smells perfect."

Boyd/Erica, Sweaters
Prompt: any, any, snowstorms and cosy sweaters

Erica pulled the soft sweater over her head and buried her face in the thick turtleneck. "Brrrr. Sweaters are so nice when it's so cold outside."

"You're a werewolf," Boyd said. "You run hot."

"Shut up, it's the principle of the thing," Erica said with a sniff, and she threw herself on the couch to snuggle up beside him and watch the snow fall outside.

Tiger & Bunny

Gen, Schedule Changes
Prompt: any, any, all my friends are superheroes

From: Barnaby
Sorry, can we reschedule dinner? Something's come up and we've been called in.

To: Barnaby
Sure! Stay safe out there.

Mattia put his phone down and sighed; this was the third time they'd rescheduled dinner in the past two weeks. A downside to being friends with a superhero, one that hadn't occurred to him when they'd reconnected and, looking back on it, really should have.

He picked up the remote and flipped on the TV. It wasn't the same as dinner, but at least he'd still get to hang out with Barnaby...even if it was entirely through a screen.

Gen, The Next NEXT Generation
Prompt: Any, Any, Superheroes

"Are you still sure you want to do this?" Dad asked.

Kaede shrugged her backpack over her shoulders. "I'm sure. You can't talk me out of it."

He sighed. "I'm not trying to. Just...remember why you're there."

She looked up at hm, resolute. "To help people. However I can. And you better do the same!"

He smiled at her and saluted. "Yes, ma'am!"

Kaede nodded once, and then strode through the front doors of the Hero Academy, ready to start her first semester.

Barnaby/Kotetsu, Not My Blood
Prompt: any, any, "calm down, it's not my blood!"

"Bunny, Bunny, I'm not hurt. I'm not hurt, it's not my blood."

Barnaby tried to let the words register, but it was hard when all he could see was the blood streaked across Kotetsu's gray vest. He'd never been worried—much—about Kotetsu before, but that was...before.

Kotetsu caught his hands and made Barnaby meet his eyes. "I'm okay," he repeated.

That time, Barnaby finally believed it.

Barnaby/Kotetsu, Snowed In
Prompt: any, any, stuck somewhere due to inclement weather

"I just got off the phone with the train station," Bunny said. "Between the ice and snow, they've suspended all service for at least the next forty-eight hours."

Kotetsu pushed away from the back window, where he'd been watching the snow—blizzard, really—steadily cover his mother's garden. He shoved his hands in his pockets and tried to look casual. "So I guess we're stuck here for the next couple of nights, huh, Bunny-chan? You don't mind sharing a bed again?"

Bunny came to stand beside him at the window, a small smile at the corner of his mouth. "Only if you don't snore tonight, old man."

"I don't snore," Kotetsu muttered, his stupid heart doing somersaults at the thought of getting two more nights next to Bunny.

"Mm-hmm," Bunny said, and did not stop smiling.

Leverage

Parker/Eliot/Hardison, There's a Reason Eliot's the Only One Who Cooks
Prompt: any, any, misadventures in cooking

"We can explain," Parker said, and then took another look around the absolute disaster of the kitchen. "Well, we can try to explain."

Eliot held up his hand before either she or Hardison could start "explaining." "Don't. Just...don't."

Hardison squeezed Parker's shoulder and slid out from behind the counter. "How about I go get a mop. Or ten."

Castlevania (Netflix)

Trevor/Alucard, Death Incarnate
Prompt: any, any, they say you are death incarnate.

Trevor rubbed the back of his neck, suddenly uncomfortable with the attention from the three villagers. "Heh, do they really? Who even is 'they,' anyway?"

The girl who'd brought it up gestured to the village. "We hear it in the whispers. Is it true?"

"Oh, please." Alucard's voice, smooth and vaguely bored, came from behind Trevor. "He can barely manage to catch a fish; do you really think he's 'death incarnate'?"

The villagers wandered off, looking disappointed—or perhaps that was just Trevor's imagination. "I can so catch fish," he muttered, in place of actually having to utter the words thank you.

"I'll believe it when you provide me with three for dinner," Alucard said, and Trevor heard the underlying you're welcome loud and clear.

Trevor/Alucard, The Garden in the Castle
Prompt: any, any, the lost garden

"What is this place?" Trevor asked, gaping at the row and rows of withered plants surrounding the room.

"My mother's garden." Alucard knelt by some of the plant pots closest to the door. "Or rather, the garden she kept in the castle. She had a larger one at her home in the village, but I imagine that one's even further gone than this. For cooking, and medicines, and..."

Trevor let him have a moment of silence before he spoke up. "Do you think any of it's worth saving?"

"Not all," Alucard said, his smooth voice unusually rough. "But some, perhaps."

"Well, let's get to saving, then."

Good Omens

Aziraphale/Crowley, Chocolate to Share
Prompt: any, any, longing

Aziraphale sat on the floor of his bookshop—well, what would be his bookshop when it opened next week and when he'd actually finished organizing the shelves—and traced a finger over the embossed name of the candy shop on the box Crowley had left him.

Chocolates. Crowley had brought him chocolates to celebrate the opening of the shop, and what Aziraphale wished for more than anything in the world was that Crowley was here with him to share them.

And it was a dangerous thing, for an angel to wish for something like that.
